Easily accessible from Shinagawa station with the rinkai line.  It is a set of small islands linked each by bridges, in front of the center of Tokyo, built originally to protect Tokyo few centuries ago. My first plan was to join Kyoto from Tokyo. I’m arrive at Tokyo Haneda airport and i had to link Shinagawa station. In fact there are three stations in Tokyo to link Kyoto : Shinagawa station, Tokyo central station, and Ueno station.
